Quality materials, helpful support

I recently purchased the Product No. 10000 Ultra Durable Roof Coating along with some Reinforcing Fabric Mesh and Roller Covers for a commercial project. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation right away. Delivery took 6 days to reach the job site in Phoenix, which was acceptable. I had a question about the application temperature, so I called their customer service, and the representative was knowledgeable and provided clear instructions. The coating applied well, and the quality of the materials felt solid. It's a reliable option for these types of projects, especially compared to some other brands I've used.

Fantastic coating and fast shipping!

I ordered the Super X-Deck Coating and a 9 inch Half-Barrel Caulk Gun from Tucson Rubberized Coatings, and I was so impressed! Everything arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The deck coating went on smoothly and looks amazing. I'm definitely buying from here again for my next project. Great experience!

Good product, delivery was slow

I bought the Product No. 7000 Premium Elastomeric Roof Coating for my garage. The coating itself was easy to apply and seems like good quality, but the shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which was a bit longer than I expected. Prices were fair though.

Are these coatings good for RV roofs too? Or is it mostly for houses?

J James Ito 1 month ago
I've seen people use similar products on RVs, but I'd double-check the product specs. Sometimes RV roofs need something more flexible.

S Sam 1 month ago
I'm not 100% sure, but I remember seeing someone in a forum saying they used a Tucson product on their RV. Might be worth checking their tech data sheets if they have any online for specific products.

Thinking of picking up a few buckets of the Product No. 5000. Do they offer any kind of military discount?

P Phil Walsh 1 month ago
Yeah, I'm pretty sure they do. I saw it mentioned somewhere, you probably just need to ask or look on their site for details.

They do offer a military discount! My neighbor used it for his order. I think you might have to verify it somehow, but it's definitely a thing.

Anyone know how long it takes for the roof coating to actually dry enough to walk on? I'm trying to plan my weekend.

R Rachel J. 1 month ago
It depends on the specific product and weather. Humidity and temperature play a big role. I'd check the product label for the exact cure time.

S Steve R. 1 month ago
Usually, it's dry to the touch in a few hours, but you really want to give it at least 24-48 hours before walking all over it, especially if you did a thick coat. Better safe than sorry to avoid messing it up.

What's the deal with returns? Say I order too much or change my mind, can I send back unopened buckets?

J June Kim 1 month ago
Yeah, I think you can return unopened stuff. I had to return a primer I didn't end up needing last year, and it was pretty straightforward.

E Elena 1 month ago
They do take back unopened buckets. Just make sure you initiate the return within their specified timeframe, I think it's like 30 days or something. Also, you probably pay for return shipping.

Any chance of getting free shipping? Looking to buy a few buckets but shipping costs add up quick.

S Steve Ito 1 month ago
I haven't seen them offer free shipping coupons. Usually, discounts are for bulk or professional accounts.

C Cody 1 month ago
They don't typically do free shipping coupons in the traditional sense. Your best bet for saving on delivery is usually picking it up yourself if you're close enough, or if you're a contractor with a large enough order that makes the shipping worth it.

I'm in Phoenix, thinking about a big order. Do they deliver to other parts of Arizona, or is it just Tucson?

O Omar H. 1 month ago
They definitely deliver outside Tucson. I'm in Mesa and got a pallet from them last spring.

D Dan Romero 1 month ago
Yes, they do! They offer local delivery across Arizona, so Phoenix should be no problem for a larger order like that.

Heard good things about these guys, but how do they stack up against something like Henry's products? Is it really better?

C Cody Marsh 1 month ago
I've used both. Tucson's stuff feels a bit thicker, and I've had better luck with it holding up in the Arizona sun. Henry's is fine, but I prefer the longevity of Tucson.

It's hard to say 'better' definitively, but a lot of pros I know around here swear by Tucson Rubberized Coatings, especially for ponding water issues. I think their formulations are just a bit more suited for our climate.

Hey, wondering if the Product No. 10000 is really worth the extra cash over the 7000 series? My roof's pretty old, trying to decide what's best.

S Sam 1 month ago
From what I hear, the 10000 is seriously tough, especially if you have any issues with standing water. It's supposed to hold up way better over time.

J Josh G. 1 month ago
I used the 7000 on my shed last year and it's holding up fine, but my main house got the 10000. It just feels thicker and more robust. Definitely worth it for a long-term fix, especially if you get heavy rain.
